The masthead behind the Main image shows that it is a well known magazine and the smashed out effect helps grab the readers attention and it also goes with the mane image because they could of smashed with the weapons
The banner at the top tells the reader some impotent information and it being in a banner draws the reader into reading what is there. and also because the band that is being advertised is a big band and is very popular to the target audience of this magazine
The free posters will attract a readers seance of greed because of getting something for free and this will make them want to buy it more if there is a free gift and the "free" is in a much bigger text size than the rest of the title this is to help to attract a buyer to that part of the magazine
The subheading are there to show the reader that there is more than one topic in this magazine than the main image they have a red headline this is to get a buyer to look that there is more in side the magazine then underneath there is white text witch explains what the title is about
The Central image is there to draw the reader in the weapons that they have are there to show that they may be violent or that are rebels. it is also to show the style of music that they play because the hard and gritty look that the band show could be the same as there style of music might be lowed and gritty to.
The bottom of the page there is also another banner this is to show the reader that there is a lot more content inside the magazine. The text that is used in this banner is in a bold white text that stands out on the page.
The title in big bold letters is there in the top left so that it can be easily seen on a shelf in a shop and it also is there to draw the readers attention to it. also the red colour will also draw buyers to the magazine because the red is a eye catching colour
There are sell lings there witch are there to show off the other artist that are in the magazine they are done in a red and yellow contrasting colours this is to make them stand out more and it also make them much easier to read than if they where all the same colour.
The mine article or headline In yellow bold writing to grab the readers eye to the front cover. it also has in red text "the big headliners" this is to show that the killers are a big group and this is also to show that they have big news inside the magazine
The pull quote underneath the main head line to pull the reader in to reading that part of the magazine and to buy it to read. This will also pull buyers because it will make them what to see the full article and more about the page. this will also attract people who are going to watch this bad in Reading and Leeds because they will want to see what is going on about the band
the banner at the bottom is there to show off the other main band that are in the magazine that is in a red background this is to catch a buyers eye to the bottom of the page to show them what is also in the magazine. also the yellow titles stand out well on the red text like sell lings above it
The main headline is in a strange writing it is like writing that is used by newspapers or by crazy people when they wright notes and this could be to show that the person this article is on could be crazy this will attract the reader into reading what is going on.
The pitcher of Lilly Allen is there to attract here fans to read about hear and to know more about what she is like. And also the image is of a young and attractive woman this could also be used to attract men to reading the article
Also the plane white background gives the impression of some one who is honest and pure because of the background and this goes the title of the page because it is talking about that the woman in the picture is honest because of the white back ground
The title at the top is in big bold letters to show the reader what magazine they are reading and it is the title and logo of the magazine
The images on the right hand side of the page are all retro looking and also have tag lines on them to help to pull the reader in to the magazine. The tag lines are in a red colour this is to get the reader to go to those pages because the red text will catch the eye of the reader
The contents part has the main point in bold then has a grab quote or tag line is smaller font next to it to try and drag the reader into reading it. the bold text is the title of the page and then it has the expiation underneath in smaller writing this is to show the reader what is on the page without them having to go through the full magazine
The image in the left is full of bright colours witch is to try and drag the reader into looking a what is on that page. it also looks like that it could be a collage of images and it looks like the contents part in the middle is a slip of paper in a book.
The page numbers in the left of the centre is in a bold black text that show up well on the white background this make them easy to read for the reader
